Prospective attendants are encouraged to submit abstracts for oral or poster presentations.
For abstracts submitted before April 10, 2025, acceptance notices will be sent before April 20, 2025. Deadline of abstract submission is April 30, 2025, and the final acceptance notice will be sent before May 10, 2025.
Participants submitting abstracts for poster presentations can upload their poster files via the conference website. The organizers will take care of printing the posters. Maximum poster size: 90 cm wide × 120 cm high.
